Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Manage website content, SEO tasks and blog/article updates.
- Assist in email marketing, social media content creation and performance reporting.
- Coordinate with the design and development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Customer Care & Support
- Communicate promptly and professionally with clients via phone, email and chat.
- Assist clients with service inquiries, website update requests and general support.
- Maintain follow-ups, ensure timely issue resolution and coordinate with internal teams.
- Manage customer feedback and help improve overall satisfaction.
- Support sales and business development teams when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, IT or a relevant field.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Search Console, Analytics).
- Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Nepali.
- Good customer service mindset with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing or graphic tools (like Canva) is a plus.
