SoftNEP is a leading software company that provides innovative and customized solutions for various sectors and industries. We are looking for talented and motivated individuals who are interested in joining our team as IT Support Interns. 

As an IT Support Intern, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to our clients who use our software products and services. You will also have the opportunity to work on various projects related to software development, testing, documentation, training, and quality assurance. 

This is a paid internship program that will last for three months. Upon successful completion of the internship, you will have the chance to join our company as a full-time employee. 

To be eligible for this internship, you should have the following qualifications: 

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali. 
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can work independently or as part of a team. 
  • You have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies and skills. 
  • You have a basic knowledge of web development, CMS, database, and testing tools. 
  • You are flexible and adaptable to changing requirements and deadlines.
