Business Development Executive - Web & Digital Solutions

SoftNEP, a leading web design and digital solutions company in Nepal, is looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects and converting them into long-term clients for our website products and digital services. 

Role and Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels (calls, referrals, field visits, networking, digital platforms). 
  • Conduct product presentations and communicate SoftNEP’s website packages and digital solutions clearly and confidently. 
  • Follow up with prospects, understand their needs and offer suitable solutions. 
  • Prepare proposals, quotations and pitch decks as required. 
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales communication. 
  • Coordinate with project, marketing and technical teams for smooth onboarding of new clients. 
  • Keep updated with market trends, competitor offerings and customer behavior. 


Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field. 
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing or business development (experience in IT/web industry is a plus). 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to understand and explain website products and digital services. 
  • Proactive, target-oriented and self-motivated personality. 
  • Good negotiation and client-handling skills. 
  • Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.
