About the Internship 

SoftNEP is inviting enthusiastic students and fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in Digital Marketing and Customer Care. 

This internship program is designed primarily as a learning and practical exposure opportunity for individuals who want to gain real-world industry experience under the guidance of experienced professionals. 

Please note that this is a non-paid internship program focused on training, mentorship, skill development and professional growth. 

What You Will Learn  

During the internship period, you will receive practical exposure to: 

• Social media marketing fundamentals 
• Content planning and content creation 
• Digital marketing strategies and campaign workflows 
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) basics 
• Customer communication and support practices
• CRM and customer relationship management fundamentals 
• Email communication and customer care etiquette 
• Team collaboration and professional workplace practices 
• Marketing analytics and performance tracking fundamentals 

Internship Activities 

As an intern, you may have the opportunity to: 

• Observe and assist ongoing digital marketing activities  
• Participate in content creation exercises and learning projects 
• Support internal marketing initiatives under supervision 
• Learn how customer inquiries are handled through different communication channels 
• Participate in training sessions, workshops and team discussions 
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors and digital platforms 
• Work on practice assignments designed to strengthen your skills 

All activities will be conducted under guidance and supervision as part of the learning process. 

Who Can Apply? 

We are looking for individuals who: 

• Are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Management, IT, Communication or related fields 
• Have a strong interest in Digital Marketing and Customer Care 
• Possess good communication skills in English and Nepali 
• Are eager to learn, grow and develop professional skills 
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to receive feedback 
• Can work responsibly within a professional environment 

Prior professional experience is not required.
