Job Description 

SoftNEP is looking for highly motivated and proactive Digital Marketing and Customer Care Interns to join our team. As a creative digital marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. You will work closely with the team to create engaging content, execute marketing strategies, and analyze campaign performance. You will also gain guides and support from industry experts. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms 
• Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels 
• Execute marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase engagement 
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve results 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives 
• Provide customer care support to clients via phone, email, and chat 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field 
• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and databases 
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools 
• Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics 
• Understanding of advanced marketing principles 
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
